Refund Policy

Returns

Your satisfaction matters! We uphold a 30-day return policy. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

For a successful return, your item must be in the same unused condition as when you received it, retaining its original packaging.

However, there are some items that we cannot accept returns for. This includes perishable items such as food and flowers, as well as newspapers, magazines, intimate goods, sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Further non-returnable items include:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

In certain circumstances, we may only be able to offer partial refunds. This can occur when:

  • Books show clear signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. This will include either the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you're still waiting on a refund, first check with your bank and credit card company again, as it may take some time for your refund to officially post due to processing time. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us at store@levy.company

Exchanges

For initiating an exchange, please contact us at store@levy.company

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t labeled as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will process a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about the return.
